If your purchase doesn't meet your professional needs, our streamlined exchange process ensures you get the right equipment without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Djbox account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original manufacturer box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
